FAKE_SOULMATE is a community-driven platform for cataloging and documenting AI-generated personas, chatbots, and synthetic identities. The Service allows users to:

- > Report content they believe to be inaccurate
3. USER ACCOUNTS

> You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
> You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
> One person may only operate one account.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
By submitting content to the Service (including entity submissions, evidence, comments, and votes), you:
- > Grant FAKE_SOULMATE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
- > Represent that you have the right to submit such content
- > Acknowledge that your username will be publicly associated with your submissions
- > Accept that content may be retained even after account deletion for platform integrity
5. CONTENT ABOUT THIRD PARTIES
FAKE_SOULMATE catalogs information about AI personas and synthetic identities. We recognize that:
- > Entries may concern real companies, products, or services that deploy AI
- > Individuals or organizations mentioned may dispute their inclusion
- > Use the "Report as Not AI" feature on any entity page
- > Contact us at admin@fake-soulmate.org with evidence
We will review all disputes in good faith and may remove or modify content at our discretion.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
You agree NOT to:
- > Submit false information with intent to defame real individuals
- > Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- > Post content that is illegal, obscene, or violates third-party rights
- > Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restricted areas
- > Use automated tools to scrape or submit content without permission
- > Impersonate other users or entities
- > Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior or astroturfing
- > Use the platform to promote commercial products or services
7. MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT
> Administrators may hide, modify, or remove any content at their discretion.
> Violations may result in warnings, content removal, or account termination.
> Decisions are final but may be appealed via email to admin@fake-soulmate.org.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
> The FAKE_SOULMATE name, logo, and original code are proprietary.
> User-submitted content remains the property of the submitter, subject to the license granted above.
> Third-party trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.
9. DISCLAIMERS
> We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content.
> We are not responsible for decisions made based on information found on this platform.
> Entries represent community opinions and are not definitive determinations.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAKE_SOULMATE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
> You may delete your account at any time through Account Settings.
> We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
> Upon termination, your username will be anonymized but your content contributions may remain.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
> We may modify these terms at any time.
> Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the EU.
